Method
Our working method stands out for its degree of practicality integrated
within a client organisation strategy. This is why we began our interventions
with a detailed evaluation of the existing situation and in conjunction
with the client we set the final objectives and the extent of our
intervention.
Our interventions can basically be broken down into 4 stages:
1 – Analysis and Planning
The situation is analysed and the project planned in terms of
objectives, actions and the people involved. At this stage the
present situation is measured and the desired results are projected – resulting
in a difference to be removed during the following stages.
A report
is drafted and the situation is discussed with those directly responsible
and the project managers.
2 – Conveying of knowledge and motivation
Through communication initiatives – the most common being
training courses – we inspire and convey knowledge and working
methodologies to the people involved, motivating them to carry
out the desired actions.
3 – Implementation and “Coaching”
The planned actions are carried out.
Our consultants act in the field as part of client organisation
work teams.
We promote active coaching methodologies combined with concrete
working tools which accompany and fit in the people involved in
the implementation efforts.
4 – Verification and reinforcement of the results obtained
We verify and measure the results obtained at the end of the project
and we recommend measures to reinforce the new situations..
